HOW CAN I HIRE A REMOTE WORKER?
Our main objective at Zen4 Workforce is to help our clients find the best remote worker that fits their requirements. We have a database of workers that are experienced and professional and can provide services such as Appointment setting, cold calling, graphics design, social media marketing, campaign managing, copywriting, customer support, web design, and more. Anything that doesn’t require a physical presence can be done by Zen4 Remote Workers.

A quick answer to that, Yes. We know that having a reliable and effective team member is one of a company’s strong foundations.
HOW SECURE IS MY INFORMATION WHILE WORKING WITH REMOTE WORKERS?
Securing clients’ sensitive information requires all parties, including the Remote Workers, Client, and Zen4 Workforce, to sign a confidentiality agreement. This binds each party to non-disclosure of confidential or proprietary information. None of this confidential and competitive information should be made available to the public or any other workers without written permission.
HOW WILL I GET BILLED?
You’ll be billed with the number of hours you’re signing up, and there are only two programs you can choose depending on your business needs. You can either sign up for 40 hours a week (Full time) or 20 hours a week (Part Time). An invoice will be sent to your email before the Remote Worker Starts for 2 weeks hours. Your will be Bill every 2 weeks. Hours over those contracted that you agreed to will be added to your next invoice at the rate stated in your contract.
WHEN WILL I GET BILLED?
We will send copy of your invoice of the total Bi-weekly hours to your email and the amount will automatically be charged to the card on file.
WILL I GET AN INVOICE?
Yes. You’ll get a bi-weekly invoice for the services sent to your email showing what has been charged to the card on file.
HOW WILL I KNOW THE NUMBER OF HOURS THEY WORKED?
ZEN4 has a dedicated Time and Attendance Software System which tracks and records the number of hours your Remote Worker rendered each day reported every week. If your remote worker has to work extra hours, you will need to reply to the report email with your approval for proper invoicing and payment to the remote worker.
WHAT ARE YOUR REMOTE WORKERS QUALIFICATIONS?
Simply, whatever you need them to be. They have years of experience and a specialist in their chosen field. They are also college graduates with bachelor’s degrees too. We ensure that they have a solid and competent background of the task and services you the client is looking for.
WHAT HOURS DO THEY WORK?
Our services are when you need them. You set the hours and days needed during your requirements call. They can work depending on your location and your time zone. We can provide services from all across the globe. Yes, you read it right. We can service clients outside the US. As long as you have access to a phone and email, we can help.
